ResumeReels User Acknowledgement and Consent

By creating a ResumeReels account, accessing the Platform, or uploading any content, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the ResumeReels Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including any future updates made in accordance with those documents.
3. I consent to ResumeReels collecting, using, storing, processing, and disclosing my personal information as described in the Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing employment-related services, facilitating communication between candidates and employers, processing my account, improving the Platform, and complying with applicable laws.
4. I understand that any resumes, cover letters, videos, photographs, employment history, certifications, or other information I choose to upload may be viewed by employers or other authorized users in accordance with my account settings and the intended operation of the Platform.
5. I represent and warrant that all information I provide is accurate, current, truthful, and does not knowingly misrepresent my qualifications, identity, employment history, or any other material information.
6. I confirm that I own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, publish, and share all content that I submit to ResumeReels, and that doing so does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
7. I understand that ResumeReels provides a platform connecting employers and job seekers and does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by users or employers.
8. I understand that ResumeReels may suspend, restrict, or terminate my account if I violate the Terms of Service, submit fraudulent or unlawful information, or engage in prohibited conduct.
9. I consent to receiving account-related communications electronically, including security notices, service announcements, billing information (where applicable), and other communications necessary for the operation of my account.
10. I understand that I may withdraw my account or request deletion of my personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations and the ResumeReels Privacy Policy.

By selecting the checkbox below and creating my account, I acknowledge that this electronic acceptance constitutes my legally binding agreement to the ResumeReels Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and has the same legal effect as my handwritten signature.
